This story was so SHORT. Just as I was getting interested...it was over. Very disappointed. No real investigation..just an immediate solution & I had already figured out who was the cause of the victim's death. I won't be buying any more from this author.
The Bunburry series is fun to read. Light mysteries, reoccurring, wonderfully quirky characters, and you learn a bit about the English countryside. Suitable for all ages. Highly enjoyable!
I like the setting and the plots and all the characters except for Sergeant Wilson. He is such a pig I quickly scan over his dialogue as I just donâ€™t want to spend 30 seconds with him.
Too much Vivian, not enough whodoneit. The murder happened far too late in the book. The suspense had no time to build and there were too few suspects. BUT..... you have to love the recurring characters.
Always a good fun story !one with believable characters much like neighbors. This is a good book for a cozy evening in a comfortable chair with your favorite snack.
I have loved every book thus far. I love the personalities of all of the characters. I canâ€™t wait for the next book!
